Together, let's help the Hearts of BC.
With a multi-faceted group of like-minded, motivated collaborators, we are committed to patient-centered care and bettering the hearts of all citizens of British Columbia.

Our vision is encompassing to all members of the community, hence the name “Hearts of BC,” with the word “heart” posing as a metaphor for each citizen along with being perceived as its anatomical meaning.
Hearts of BC is a collaborative, multi-disciplinary network of high school and undergraduate students, and healthcare providers working with patient and community partners towards improving heart health outcomes for all British Columbians. We are focused on targeted, public health initiatives to prevent and treat sudden cardiac death with improving education and community access to automated external defibrillators (AEDs), establishment of mentorship/education programs about cardiovascular health, and advocating for legislation regarding AED implementation and other aspects of our cause.

A YOUTH-DRIVEN MOVEMENT
Students are the heart of our organization. We are dedicated to building a young generation of British Columbians who are committed to healthy living, awareness regarding cardiovascular health and being skilled in acquiring and applying fundamental knowledge regarding public health issues in our province.
